This series consists of Individual Indian Money (IIM) cash accounts and special deposit posting and control ledgers. The records are ledgers and control sheets that provide information on deposits, withdrawals, and adjusted balances in Indian student trust accounts. Information in the entries includes the student's name; the date of the transaction; the source of the funds, if the transaction was a deposit; the proposed use of the funds; the amount of the transaction; and the ending balance. The records pertaining to IIM cash accounts provide information on funds received from the Department of the Treasury and other sources. The records also include ledgers and control sheets that provide information on funds received from the Christian Children's Fund, which supplied additional financial support to students attending the Wahpeton Indian School.
